4. [ "Problems (sources of worry)" can be separated into two types ](Part2: the case of problems about the present time)@

Next, let's think about how we should manage the problems of the present.

If a problem that exists now is judged "a problem which you need to think about" like the former case of "thinking about the route before the car trip", all you have to do is think calmly and rationally to the hilt until a certain conclusion is reached without negative feelings (Never worry!). And if you reach a conclusion, you simply act calmly according to the conclusion.
In any case, the more negative sentiment you have, the more difficult "the problem which you need to think about" gets to be solved.

But if you worry even though you know the problem now is "a problem which doesn't benefit you at all by thinking of it", you are considered not to be living "now" fully.
If the problem which exists now is suddenly solved by thorough worrying, worrying might be of some benefit to you.
But, in the case that the possibility of a sudden solution is almost zero, all you can get by worrying is the satisfaction of the "desire to steep yourself in worry or agony".
And as a matter of fact, this "gloomy satisfaction" is taken as "stress" by the body and produces various obstacles with respect to any aspect of health and life. (Congratulations! The sources of your worry seem to increase in number again!)
