5. [ Must a person be worried if he has some problems ? ]
There are almost no people who don't have any problems. So, if a person who has a problem should inevitably worry, then almost all persons in the world have to live lives full of worries and anxieties.
But it is also a fact that there are many people who live every day merrily even though they have a heap of problems. Because, they don't take problems as worry or anxiety, and they manage the problems calmly and think happily.
For example, think of a president of some big company, who has position, wealth, honor and everything and seems to be in the peak of happiness. But do you think the man has no problems in his company or in his private life? I don't think so.
Don't you think it is more possible that he has even bigger and more problems than the ordinary staff of the company?
But don't you think many such presidents may live happily with cheerful thinking every day, because they don't take such problems as 'anxiety' or 'agony' and manage them calmly?
On the other hand undoubtedly, it is also a fact that there are many people who think "a problem equals a worry" or "a problem is namely an anxiety". Although everyone is in the same condition, that is they have problems, why are people separated into those who worry and those who don't?
Because, as I've stated by now, a positive thinking person knows that the problems can be separated into two types, that is "problems which you need to think about" and "problems which don't benefit you at all by thinking of them", and he thinks about "problems which you need to think about" only.
So when you are worried or at a loss facing various problems, please remember this for a moment and consider well which type of problem it is.
If the problem is judged to be "a problem which doesn't benefit you at all by thinking of it", you should realize that worrying about the problem is nothing but a waste of your mind power, and stop thinking and worrying.
By simply putting this into practice, you will not need to worry about fairly many problems (sources of worry).
